This is a simple database application that I called Customer Information System that uses the principle of CRUD Create, Retrieve, Update and Delete in any database application. The code that I wrote in PHP/MySQL is very easy to learn and understand that applies this principles. Feel free to use my code in your PHP/MySQL projects. I also included a SQL dump file for sample creation of tables and insertion of records in the table in MySQL.
